London Poly Munch

A free monthly social for poly, ENM and curious people.

Where: The Central Bar (Wetherspoon), 1st floor, West 12 Shopping Centre, Shepherd's Bush Green, London W12 8PH; opposite Shepherd's Bush Central line station.

What is a munch?

A munch is an ordinary social in an ordinary pub or bar. People in the polyamorous, non-monogamous and kink communities meet for a drink, food and conversation. Nothing happens at a munch except talking: no dress code, no play, nothing expected of anyone.

It's the easiest way to meet the community and to meet us, especially if you're new, curious, or not sure yet whether parties are for you.

Who comes

Polyamorous people, couples and singles, triads and polycules, people who are just exploring non-monogamy, and monogamous friends who are curious. All genders, orientations and relationship shapes are welcome. 18+.

How it works

• It's free. Just turn up, buy your own drinks, and stay as long as you like.
• Look for the Panacea hosts; we'll introduce you around.
• Please keep it friendly and discreet: it's a public bar, and people's privacy matters. No photos of other guests.
